Hello All,
im doing interval training and because im new to this, im only lasting 20 minutes on the treadmill. Would i benefit more by just walking fast and being able to work out longer?
im getting agrivated because my fitbit states i burned 190 cals and i had some coffee that was 205 cals. So my gym time meant nothing i guess.

it absolutely meant something. And burning 190 calories in 20 minutes is good. the higher your heart rate the more you burn. running is always going to burn more than walking- to walk off 190 calories you could be at the gym for hours. I would suggest giving up that coffee if your intent is to lose weight. Nothing is worth that many calories that holds 0 nutritional value. just my opinion.
