So you don't want an eating goal based on eating less than you burn, you just want a flat out constant eating level?

Then why the Fitbit to estimate what you burn daily?

If you select a defict and weight loss goal in your settings, your eating goal is automatically set below what you burn.

After a couple days, you should have a general idea of what you burn to plan your meals.

It's on the Activities section, Food tab, for both manual setup in case you are doing some other plan, and same place to select a deficit from whatever you burn.
