What should my daily calorie intake be to lose weight? I am female, 51, 5' 5 1/2 " tall, 152 lbs.

The easiest way I have found to set weight lost goals is by using the app Lose it. Not only will it caculated your required calorie intake it also can be synced with fit bit!

I use the fitbit settings to set my required caloric deficit. just click on the little wheel symbol on the weight square in your dashboard. Part of why I like the fitbit one is because it doesn't have any "you can't go below 1400 cals " settings like some sites do. I am 5'6" and 51 years old. If I don't go below 1000 cals, I won't lose a pound!
