i was thinking about that too.  i was thinking if i add the ingredients of my smoothie (i.e., one banana, 1/2c. of strawberries...), that would work.  Is that possible for you to do?

If you make smoothies and not juicing the ingredients then it makes perfectly sense to just log the ingredients as if you were to eat them as in fact you are drinking the whole vegetable/fruit. If you are juicing it is slightly different as you leave all the fibres out.

I use myfitnesspal for logging foods and what I have found is that you have to log each ingredient seperately. I don't know what you are using but myfitnesspal has a recipe creator and i use that to create the smoothie and log it that way. Otherwise, if you are just using fitbit to log, I would log all your ingredients seperately.
