I do intense cardio for at least 1 hour 6 days a week and have at least a 1000 calorie deficit every day. In addition to that I am a dog walker and walk between 5 - 7 miles everyday. I usually eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day but always maintain my 1000 calorie deficit. I am vegetarian and eat mostly plant based.
I have been tracking my calories for about 2 months now and initially lost about 5lbs but now can't seem to lose any more weight. In the past 3 weeks I have gained 4 lbs back even though I stick to my regimen. I am super frustrated and not sure what I'm doing wrong! Any suggestions are appreciated!

I am also a vegetarian. Dont forget the fact that maybe this weight is water. Weight loss is important but a healthy lifestyle is even more important. Everyone has ups, downs, and platues during weight loss. Another explanation is muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. If your building muscle under fat you may not see changes in ur measurements. So stay on track! You will get through it! This happens to everyone. Keep up with measurements. To not get discourage i suggest weighing in every two weeks or one month. This helps stay on track and limit discouragement. GOOD LUCK. You can do it!
