hi my journey

hey to everybody! I'm 17. years old and 181cm 75kg. I'm a football player I'm very active I train 2 times. a day gym and. whit the team .I'm not using weight I prefer to use minimal weight and Trx and bodyweight. anyway the question is this I'm now 14% body fat I'm want to be more explosive and faster so I'm wanting to go under 10%. I went to two diatetic in this year and they helped me a lot whit how to eat when and whit the vitamins so I'm in the right road and I have also seen results in this weeks. I would like tho asked for help maybe thees can be useful I'm burning  3400-4500this is the min and the maximal amount. i have also result whit the diatetic and whit doctors muscle % how strong is my arm ect.. I have a great diet if its helpful and some one want to help I can send to you and  give every result what I eat ,sleep, how many calories I burn. I just want some help if I'm really in the right place .Any help is very much appreciated! thanks
