Thanks for getting back to me on what AP is.?? I actually have a book that I received within the carry-all that I purchased when I joined WW.? You probably have the carrying cases in Canada, too.? They sell them at the front of the meeting rooms, usually on the bottom shelf of products, and they come in different prints -- like black and pink with polka dots (which is what I have).? Inside that carrying case is a little green book -- you might have received it when you joined, too.? It gives you the points for how many minutes you did an activity, how much you weigh, and was it light, medium, or heavy effort.? For example, at 190 lbs, if I exercise for 60 minutes at a medium effort (which is what I count my deep water walking -- although it's probably heavy effort) - it allows me 5 extra points for the day.? It doesn't go by activity type - it goes by your weight, how long you do the activity, and how hard the effort.? If you can't get the
little green book, tell me your weight and how long you did the activity and how you perceived the effort -- and I will tell you how many Activity Points to give yourself.? Hope this was helpful:)

I didn't receive anything because I'm only an online subscriber. The app for my phone does calculate the activity points for me however people have been mentioning that they can input the amount of steps they take at the bottom on the activity tracker page.... I have yet to see it....

You need to get on the website and sign in to see how to track steps.  ETools - Track Activity - Add Steps

You will need to know your stride, but it tells you how to measure it.  You can't add steps on the app.  I put my steps in for multiple days about twice per week while I'm at my computer.  Message me if you have any more questions!  🙂

hey so i'm not sure why but I don't have the steps option available to me.  I even emailed Weight Watchers help and they told me there was no such thing as entering the amount of steps you take.

You can also calculate that information if you have e-tools.  I do believe though that there is a daily maiximum on how many AP you can use.
