@judekirbyClick on the drop down box See more > on your Food Plan then on the LH <. which will show your deficits etc, then click on the Edit Plan, it will turn red and there you have your weights.. Next your way out etc.

 

Sometimes I find that screen wont move so I adjust my goal weight by the smallest possible amount and then you can advance.
