Guys, i have huge love handles and big belly , my goal is to lose them and get ripped in three months , any suggestions ?

You can't "spot reduce" your body fat. You need to lower your overall body fat % and hope the reduction will come from the "right" places.

There's a great Yale article on the myth of spot reducing. Sad, but true. I'd love to get rid of my love handles but I guess I'm going ot have to do the whole body thing to do so.

Baklava was just an example, I'm sure you have access to plenty of similar delicacies in China! My point was love handles must be tackled primarily through nutrition, though exercise can't harm.
