i been working out for a months now non-stop... my goal was to lose 10 lb my jan 19 but i have only lost 2 lb in last month... i dont know what i been doing wrong?

The step count is only part of the equation. How intense are your steps (how many VAMs do you get per day)?

Don't be kicking yourself for not making your goal. It isn't always easy for some of us.
Sometimes when you want to lose weight, your weight seems to shift. You might lose inches from one area and not see the weight change. Try measuring yourself and see if that might be the case.
Keep working out and dont give up.

Working out increases your fitness. Which is wonderful and helps to lose weight. It is only maybe 20% of the equation though.
Diet is where you gain or lose weight.

After I lost my first 30 lbs I hit a plateau at size 10 and got stuck there for an entire year. It turns out that at that point I was actually eating the same amount of calories that I was burning. Here is some information that may help you figure out your basal metabolic rate, so you can decide how much of a calorie deficit you need to maintain to begin losing weight again:
WebMD.com has a Metabolism Calulator for figuring out your Basal Metabolic Rate, which is the calories you burn on a daily based on your gender, height, weight, age and activity level. I found that from looking at my Fitbit history that the number it calculated does, in fact, reflect the average number of calories I burn each day. Use the number it tells you as your daily calorie burn, and eat 500 calories per day less that your calorie burn in order to lose 1 lb. per week. As you need to burn 3500 calories per week to lose 1 lb per week. The calculator may be found at: www.webmd.com/diet/healthtool-metabolism-calculator . I hope this helps!

If you are not eating enough calories your metabolism will slow down and you will not burn as many calories. 1200 calories may not be enough calories, which may be forcing your body to go into fat storage mode where it stores fat and starting using your muscles as it's food. You're welcome The goal is to burn more calories that you eat. To lose 1 lb of fat in one week you need to burn a deficit of 3500 calories during the week, which would mean you would need to keep a daily buffer of 500 calories between what you burn and what you eat. I've lost 50 lbs, so I know this works.
