Fitbit helps me a lot keep track of motivating myself to beat my yesterday's step count.
I joined a few groups here and the daily challenge, goal day challenge, weekend warrior challenge has helped me push and do those extra steps. Its more of a friendly challenge so its not to beat anyone, but to just beat our own goal and do better every week.
