When I came down with a cough and was spewing phlegm I couldn't workout or do cardio for a week. My strength went down and I had to rest in bed a lot more. Not until the week afterwards could I resume my fitness routine. It's very difficult to exercise when you are sick.

@kelvin2017,

How many calories do you typically burn on a rest day and on a workout day?

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

well i just found some info that when you are ill and your heart rate is up and your temperature is higher, infact you do burn alot more calories in the day.. my rest days are about 2200 calories and my workout days are about 3100, its 9:13pm now and my ill day is 3329 so its goin to be about 3600 by midnight.. aint ate much either
