intense workouts

Looking for ways to get some intense workoouts in to the point of  3-4 times a week.

- What do you mean by "intense"? I take that to mean very difficult and on the shorter side.

- What kind of workout are you looking for -- gym vs. outside? Cardio vs. weights vs. both? What kind of equipment do you have available?

- This is the weight loss forum, so I assume that's your goal. Is that it, or do you have any other major goals/concerns?

- What's your fitness level right now -- do you lift? Do cardio? How much?
