Did you mean:

is it okay if I don't eat all of the calories it says to eat?

So I'm usually full by the end of the day and have plenty of calories left over. Like today I have 541 calories left out of my 2676 calories for the day. I'm not hungry, but should I eat something anyway? I'm always under on that in vs out calories meter too, which is confusing.

Can anyone help me with this because I'm confused...?

As long as you stick to at least 1200 calories a day your good. It is accounting for the calories you have burnt through out the day. If you eat all of them back you will not lose any weight. Just don't go under 1200 and you will be fine. Under 1200 a day is unhealthy. I hope this helped.

it's fine.  if you're not hungry, then there's no need to eat.

No, it is not ok to burn below your BMR. It will cause fat loss to be more difficult. You need to determine your BMR as accurately as possible and not go below that number for more than a day or 2 at a time to avoid sending your body into 'starvation response'. If your body detects it is not getting enough calories to survive, it will start shutting down body functions to preserve energy. It will also do everything it can to preserve fat under those circumstances. Once starvation response has started it may take several weeks of eating above your BMR + 15% to get metabolism restarted.  The best way to loose fat is to consume your BMR + 15%-20% daily in a mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate. But exercise enough to burn a few hundred more calories than you ingest. You will need the mix to build muscle. Using vegetable based fats and proteins will speed up the process.
