You've set up a goal of losing two pounds per DAY? That might be possible for the first couple of days of a very restrictive diet if you're very, very large. Otherwise, complete fantasy land.

That is really unreasonable and unhealthy. Not sure what your situation is, but these are some guidelines and advice I've been given over the years regarding weight management from healthcare professionals. Please note I am not one of them, I just tend to listen when they speak.
Your workout schedule seems to be OK so long as you're fuelling your body properly and you're not working yourself to the point of injury or exhaustion. You should feel challenged during your workout and tired but energized afterwards.

It takes a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose 1 lb - if you are burning 3000 calories a day you are doing very well. So if you burn 3000 and intake ZERO calories you will not lose 1 lb much less 2 lbs - attempting to lose 2 lbs a day sounds dangerously foolish to me (of course, what do I know? If ignorance is bliss, it is no surprise that I am so happy) Good luck

Unhealthy, no way you can lose 2 pounds a day, maybe starvation mode you could, but don't recommend that!

The general rule of thumb for HEALTHY weight loss is:
2 pounds per week = 80+ pounds to lose.
1.5 pounds per week = 40-80
1 pound per week = 15-40 pounds to goal
1/2 pound per week = 10-15 pound to goal
I would suggest going to this site to ascertain your BMR. This site will give you a number of calories (based on your BMR and activity level) that will allow you to lose weight at a healthy rate:

I guess you meant to write 2lbs a week. 2lbs a day would mean burning 7,000 calories more than you consume. Even working out hard you are probably burning 500 calories an hour......so you would need to workout constantly for 14 hours a day to get to that level of weight loss.

It is possible, maybe on some crash diets but wouldnt be sustainable 😞 up to 2 pounds a week is a healthy goal that you will able to keep the weight off long term. The fad diets can be dangerous and do much more harm than good. Good luck 🙂

Two lbs per week sounds excessive and as mentioned before may work initilly but you will then plateau. You need to check with your Dr. if you haven't already. Without all of the information regarding your situation.

1 pound per week by hard work is achievable while maintaining a balanced diet but you need to be reasonably fit, health and energetic and motivated to do this. To lose a lot of weight try the famous Michael Mosely Fast Diet - 800Cal only per day diet for up to 12 weeks - lose around 2.5 pounds per week then revert to a balanced diet with regular exercise to balance your intake once you've reached your target weight. This diet first approach is for those who cannot maintain for whatever reasons the considerable exercise routines over many months required to achieve tha same sort of weight loss. I'm tryin a 900cal deficit and have kept it up for 5 weeks so far losing about 0.5 kg per week but it's hard work.
