Okay.  Hard to know where/how to help without a bit more info.  Current goal (lose weight), activity and approach?

 

Keeping it off/down is more of a sign of a lifestyle change than a short term diet change. So, a few descriptions of a typical day's foods and when. 

 

Starting from where you are now, best long-term successes are to make needed small changes here and there, adjust, see how it works, and slight adjust again.....
