late night late day meals

I need to start eating breakfast my usual is to get hungry around 3pm or so then eat major giant meals up till bedtime even snacking in bed. I need to start eating breakfast even a yogurt when i first get up but really I am just not hungry then. any suggestions as to why i am not hungry in the morning and what to do about it>>?

Over night your body goes into starvation mode and tries to preserve the food you have. Not getting hungry, feeling the pain, might just be your body protecting itself. Have you tried eating breakfast? Maybe drink a glass of water first then have your yogurt.

 

It could be that since you eat so late and in bed your body is still full in the morning. Try to stop this! At first you will feel hungry because you're used to eating, but over time this will be replaced and you will feel hugry in the AM.

 

Really give this a try tonight. Make a rule for yourself... No food in bed!
