Need some motivation, let's have losing weight/ gaining weight rehabOkay, I know some need to lose weight, others need to gain weight, and some just need to maintain their weight.
as for me, I need to lose weight and I need at this moment to have a support body. By support body, I mean to support each other, motivated, make a contest or something, and to support each other if the individual felt that they are going to break their healthy habit because of such and such.
Is anyone with me?????

And me. I have had my fitbit for ages but have only just found this forum. I am having a really focused week while on holiday to kickstart a 20lb weight loss (hope this is the correct figure as I am in New Zealand and need to convert rom kg to pounds!) in the next 10-12 weeks. It will help to have a place to check in for me too.
