You need to give more information. What are your current eating habits. What foods do you really enjoy and which ones do you loathe.  How much do you weigh now? How much activity do you have in a day?  Are you wanting to lose weight, gain muscle?  

 

There is no once size fits all diet.

i like junk food.i do not like of veg. i want to lose weight. i am overweight by 20 pounds.i work out curves and walk 10 miles 4 to5 days aweek.
