looking for women in their 60's to partner with who are experiencing those post menopausal monsters that make weight loss difficult. If that's you, lets work together and encourage each other with some fun challenges to break through those difficult barriers and lose the weight!

Hello Gigii,
I will be sixty next year. The most important recommendation, weight training, and not a lot of reps.
Find a trainer that understands proper biomechanics, not lifting with inertia and momentum, continuous
tension and "less is more". 🙂
Metta,
Natasha

I am in my sixties and I have been very motivated using my Fitbit since I received it for Christmas. I have lost some weight and am still going toward my goals. I would be happy to partner with you if you like. My current goal is to lose an additional 11 lbs. by October 23. Best to you...

hi gigi! i was fortunate enough not to suffer through menopause because of my 35 years of weight
training by naturally increasing my testosterone levels....i would love to coach you through this....
i've been a bodybuilder for 35 years, a judge with the national physique committee and a personal
trainer since 1985....can you send me a one day journal of a typical food diary and what you are
doing in the way of exercise....you are not alone, we can do this!!
