Before you know you'll have many friends. When having any questions don't hestitate to ask.
Focus on changing body composition not weight loss in itself.. it's possible to decrease body fat % while gaining more muscle mass, with little changes in weight itself since the weight loss in body fat can be compensated by increase in muscle mass, while the weight itself wouldn't have changed, there can be inches lost (waist,..) being more leaner, more toned..
Aside using the scale, consider measuring your waist,.. once in a while to see if there's progress and go by if clothes become looser..
Go to: https://www.fitbit.com/friends (computer)
At the right side, by 'find more friends', click 'Invite by Email'. Follow on screen instructions to send the invite, when accepted, you'll be Fitbit Friends.
On the forums:
Click on the username next to the post, on the next page next to the users picture click 'go to fitbit profile', on the next page click 'add friend' (next to the users picture).
