lost 10 lbs easy now nothing

When I first got the fitbit the first 3 weeks gave me a 10 lbs loss and now after 7 weeks I'm still only at 11 lbs loss. I am 31 yrs old, 200 lbs now, I burn 2900 calories a day and eat 1000 less in calories I walk an average of 9000 steps a day and drink 52 oz of water daily. My sodium levels are always a bit higher than needed but not enough to cause this issue in my opinion. I have increased all areas since the weight loss the first 3 weeks and still nothing. I also added stationary cycling for about 3 hours daily to my workouts after the first 10 lbs was lost and now since then I have only lost one pound in 5 weeks even with a 7000 calorie deficit. What is wrong, and how do I fix it????

You should change your cardiovascular routine and intake. 9000 steps a day is good for starters, but shows low effort losing weight and burning fat. These steps I recommend:

Elliptical Machine in a local gym - Set to HR Interval Ratio, Time 99 Minutes, Recommended BPM by Machine. Complete 10,000 Steps Minimum on the Elliptical. (Avoid using Quick Start. Quick Start - No Effort)

Cycling is good, but the burn is low. Stationary Cycling and Treadmill provide low effort and not enough resistance to gain strength and burn fat. An elliptical is better as your heart rate increases faster and gives higher resistance than Cycling and Treadmill. It also takes you 3 hours to Cycle up to the steps. You can complete steps on the Elliptical in 60 minutes or less.

Food Analysis - A Dietitian or Personal Trainer can give you help in planning key points for meals, recommended supplements, and protein intake.
