You should change your cardiovascular routine and intake. 9000 steps a day is good for starters, but shows low effort losing weight and burning fat. These steps I recommend:
Elliptical Machine in a local gym - Set to HR Interval Ratio, Time 99 Minutes, Recommended BPM by Machine. Complete 10,000 Steps Minimum on the Elliptical. (Avoid using Quick Start. Quick Start - No Effort)
Cycling is good, but the burn is low. Stationary Cycling and Treadmill provide low effort and not enough resistance to gain strength and burn fat. An elliptical is better as your heart rate increases faster and gives higher resistance than Cycling and Treadmill. It also takes you 3 hours to Cycle up to the steps. You can complete steps on the Elliptical in 60 minutes or less.
Food Analysis - A Dietitian or Personal Trainer can give you help in planning key points for meals, recommended supplements, and protein intake.
