It doesn't work for me to use fitbit's calorie estimater for the day. I thinks somehow it over estimates what I've earned/what my body uses. I picked 1600 calories as my goal for the day and I walk/run 14,000 a day. I have had a pretty steady loss for the past 6 months. Some weeks it is more than others. I can't imagine losing with their formula.
I just think it thinks my body is burning more than it burns. A hershey bar has 200+ calories. If I go over, I I would have to run for about 20 minutes to make that up.

Ok I will go for 1500 then and see what happens thanks for coming back to me it's so disheartening when you doing everything and trying your best and get no result xx
