@jessurbi What did you end up doing?
For the movies, I usually take some veggie sticks, crispy pita chips or something low calorie to munch on. If I've been good, I let myself have some popcorn, but not a whole lot.

yeah, um, i failed... we ended up going to my favorite restaurant instead and we always order the same thing... my dinner ended up being a whopping 1800 calories all in all... oh well, it was our date night and only happens a couple times a month...oddessy13, thanks for the suggestion though , i will definitely do that next time we go see a movie!!!!!

@jessurbiIf you had a good time it wasn't all bad. Maybe next time you'll do better in your choices. Besdies, if you limit yourself all the time, when you do yield to temptation, it can be much worse.

i don't feel too too bad, the rest of my day earlier was really healthy, i've changed my eating habits significantly staying away from processed foods and eating lots of veggies.... i think it kind of balanced out...
