Hang in there. Its defintly not a sprint but a journey! I'm super excited I finally dropped 3 pounds after being plateaued for about 2 months. I think it is the Fitbit because when I see I'm not at my 10,000 steps, I get walking and make myself do it. My journey is long from complete but I'm excited my jeans that were tight 2 months ago now fit much better and they're back to being my favorite jeans.
