I am quiting Fitbit because they are now not honoring their guarantees I bought a Aria2 in February and every since April has not keep a WiFi setting I have spoke to them every month they want me to return it and wait for a new product to be sent after they trouble shoot the messed up one they are no longer believing their loyal costumers

I am not sure I follow what the problem is. you reported a problem, they would like to see your scale so they can fix it. if you have car trouble, don't you take it in to be looked at and then fixed? you don't get a new car. if the issue is keeping your wifi, it may not be the scale but the connection in your home. a new scale won't solve that.
