says I'm not eating enough calories when I had 1800. Trying to loss.

For the pass 2 weeks I have been trying to lose pounds. I may take off 2lbs then I gain 3. I watch everything I eat and put it in my tracker.

You watch everything you eat - or you weigh accurately and log everything you eat.

Doubtful you could overcome that huge of a deficit though with bad logging.

Starting an exercise routine?

Exercise is for body improvement, and that is weight gain, not loss.

Diet is for weight loss. Eating less than you burn - by reasonable amount.

Also weigh at valid times - morning after rest day eating normal sodium levels, not sore from last workout.

And I'll pre-empt the nonsense you'll here that you are gaing muscle. You can't gain it that fast, nor unless doing a whole lot right - starting with progressive overload heavy lifting, and a minor deficit, which you don't have.

But you will gain water weight as improvement to exercise.
