slimming world works!!!

 

its fantasic, ive joined a week ago and ive already lost 5 pound..

the only thing i struggle with is comming up with new things to eat..

i also think it is really expentive to eat the meals that they give you ideas for..

 

 

could enyone help me and give me new ideas on what to eat that new and also if it has got FREE food in it ???

Interesting ... Apparently Slimming World has been around since 1969, which I think makes it older than Weight Watchers.  I looked around on the website it seems to have a similar approach.  That it's been around for so long tells me it probably doesn't rely on fads, which is a good thing.
