I started Insanity Max 30 and ever since I started that workout it just doesnt seem like i am eating enough food. I feel like I am always hungry and that my body isnt getting enough into me. Any suggestions or help??? PLEASE!!
Yesterday for breakfast I had oatmeal with cut up fruit in it (usually I eat 1/3 cup as it says on the packaging) yesterday i had a cup worth and within 2 hours(not even) I was hungry again.
I even go to bed hungry even though before Ii was fine - or if I do eat when I wake up my stomach grumbles like theres no tomorrow!!!

Good news is what you're doing is working!!! As you are kicking your body into high gear, you will need more fuel for sure. Been through P90X 3+ times, mixed in some Les Mills Combat, and do MMA/Krav maga 2-3x per week.
One question will be when are you working out and what are eating before and after? Need to fuel up before, and eat to rebuild afterwards. Lots of veg, lots of body-ready absorbable micro nutritients. Get to my world and can ditch counting calories, carbs and fats, just get to know your foods and your nutrient needs.
Hunger can be: thirst in disguise, indication of needed fuel (energy), or indication of nutritional deficiency in your body. This is why often after eating fast food meal, with 1000+ calories (1/2 or more of your daily intake!) and find yourself sluggish and hungry again soon afterwards. Body is still lacking the nutrients it needs, so 'on' goes the hunger light. (plus the sugar rush/crash doesn't help).
Good choice for breakfast! My 'go to' most days is the Dolce 'breakfast bowl'....I make mine with about 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, bit of cinnamin to taste. 1 Tbs of peanut/almond butter, Raisins or fresh fruit, splash of almond milk...for variety or whatever you toss in some chia or flax seeds.
I don't know if Insanity comes with a meal guide like P90X does, I didn't actually follow the P90X as would have had to modify it too much being a 100% plant based eater.
I do like the Dolce approach.
- eat every 2-4 hours based on what you just did or are about to do (yeah this is like 5x per day)
- eat till your satisfied, not until you're full (see comment about about when eating nutrient dense foods, your body will shut off the hunger light when it's got the MICRO nutrients it needs)
- eat whole, earth grown nutritious foods (this can include meats, though not necessary, grass fed and organic/free-range -- NOT factory raised homone injected, pesticide laden, unnaturally fed cast-off to fatten them up).

lots leafy greens for fibre and phyto nutrients, whole grains, only brown (unbleached, natural) rice, quality whole grain breads (safeway do a great 9-grain or quinoa bread for like $2.50 -- Open Nature I think but could be wrong, we're out and need more! haha!). [hopefully this won't get banned as promoting Safeway...there's lots of other whole grain good breads out there but they're like $4.00+]

Going bed hungry is a clear sign that you're not getting the right nutrients your body needs to rebuild while you're sleeping.
So, maybe give a typical day's menu, what you're eating, and when.
Lastly (or maybe should have been firstly), where are you and what are your goals? Weight loss? Tone? Build size? Maintain but redistribute?
Will help with helping.
