"still"? How many days/weeks have you been -700 calories a day? If you've started doing more exericse than previously, and/or are drinking more fluids it might just be some water retention.

Thats good. Are you eating a lot of processed food? Because it contains a lot of sodium. I know for me I have to watch it

Eat less processed and more 'natural', but don't completely bin the processed as this isn't always the "you will automatially gain weight" scenario that people play it out to be. Try to look at carbs, protein, fats and sodium intakes (if you're logging all your food) and make sure you are weighing everything!
Good luck!

I have been using my charge since mid January, I have stuck to a good diet of salad, fresh veg and fruit, I am walking an average of 16,459 steps a day over 6.76 miles, exercising for a minimum 147 mins a day, burning approx 2439 calories, eating approx 1900 calories, climbing 17 floors and I am still gaining weight, my weight was 10st4 when I started and I got down to 9st13 on Thursday but since thursday I have gained 4lbs taking me back to 10st3, I am thinking it could possibly be my scales (well thats what Im hoping :P) so I am thinking about purchasing an Aria, any advice about the aria and weight gain solution please, am I doing something wrong?

You asked the same question about the Aria in another topic (which I responded to). As to a solution to the problem of gaining weight: you need to eat less than you expend. This should be the case according to what Fitbit tells you you burn (2400 cal.) and to your estimate of what you eat (1900 cal.). However, there is a margin of error in both (see this topic for more information): it is possible Fitbit overestimates your expenditure and you underestimate your eating. If numbers consistently put you at a deficit, yet the pounds (and inches) don’t come down, you need to make adjustments to your exercising (move a little bit more) and/or to your eating (eat a little bit less), until things start moving they way you want them to move.
