I have been on a weight loss plateau for the last two weeks, i finally beat it!
I lost 6lbs this week!
What i did:
Ate more kcals, from 900/1,000 to 1,200/1,400.
Changed up my exercise routine, added 35 mins cardio in the morning in addition to
3 hour 6 /10 mile hike evening, 35 min cardio night.
Moved my rest/cheat days to another day.
I hope i can manage 8lbs for next week! soon i will have that saggy belly flesh kilt i have always wanted.

Are you saying that the only change you made was increasing your calorie intake by 3-400 and putting in an additional 35 minutes of cardio? Or you also added the 3 hour hike and another 35 minutes at night?

Congrats @Direwind I ran into the same problem and after talking to my doctor realized that my body was in starvation mode and not using the calories I was taking in! I also increased the stength training in my workouts and decreased the cardio. Interesting...
