what's a good carb/fat/protein ratio to lose weight

Can anyone provide suggetions for a good carb to fat to protein ratio to help in weight loss?

currently, my ratio works out to about 70%/20%/10% (fat/protein/carb).  it's worked quite well for me over the last year.

A good question! I did a search myself for some guidance in that area. I came up with 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs - but my solution may not work for you. A lot depends on your current body type and what your goals are. Lemme see if I can find that link...

The, "Formula," is based on 40, 30, 30, with carbs at 40.  A number of people have had much success with this diet.

I'm working with totals that my nutritionist gave to me back in Dec 2013:

 

Cals  2000

Fat        65  (24.5%)

Chol    150

Sod   2400

Carb   150 (56.6%)

Fiber    25

Sugar   90

Prot      50 (18.9%)

Im having gastric bypass soon and i have to loose some weight before i have it iv lost 4st4lbs and my diet is basicaly over 80grams protien under 100grams of crabs aday i dont bother with fat or anything like that and it seems tobe working for me im getting my firbit tomoz i so cant wait anyone and every one feel free to add me 🙂 x
