I assume you mean which day. I really don't think it matters. Having said that, my step count for the week starts again on Sunday morning, so I like to do it then (and always in the morning at the same time after a trip to the bathroom!) This way I can gather all of my weekly information on the same day. Good luck!

Yes, Thank you. I was not sure wether it should be Sat. or Sun. to be in sync with the weekly Premium reports. Sat. night was not an option, and if the week ends Sat night, that would truley be the perfect time. Sun. moen it is.
