You may not realize the impossibility of answering that.

 

Your body and life is not a car with an average mpg and known size of gas tank to estimate how far it could go.

 

You can burn whatever you happen to make it daily.

You should increase your daily activity as biggest bang for the buck. Park farther away, take the stairs, get up more often and move, ect.

Then add some strength training to your routine, which will help retain muscle mass in the diet I'm guessing you are in.

 

The bigger and more important question is - how big should your deficit or diet be to what you happen to burn daily?
