what vitamins could i take to help me with everything

well ive been trying too lose weight and i need a lil advice

Take a multi-vitamin but more importantly - make sure you take calcium and D3 along with Magnesium!

I've taken L-Cartitine under the supervision of a nutritionist in combination with healthy diet and exercise for weight loss.

 

IMO healthy diet is just as effective, and getting vitamins, amino acids, proteins from natural and varied sources in also important, with supplement only being relied on as a 'top-up' for known deficiencies of thing you find hard to integrate into your diet.  I take D (common deficiency), fish oil (high cholestrol), and sometimes ZMA (not eating enough brocolli, deficiencies as a result of the pill).
