where can you log your diet into your dashboard

I log my food in my fitness pal and have it link over to fitbit. The food database is just more robust over there.

Welcome to the community! In the row of icons at the top of the dashboard you'll see see food, weight, etc. click food to log food, weight to log weight, etc. I log my food right there. I don't eat much processed food so everything I need has been in the database.

Go to my fitness pal click apps, then scroll down and click fitbit tracker. Then I the right side click link accounts.

Inga, Thanks, but I've been using myfitnesspal for about a year now and like it so I just want to keep going with that.  I appreciate it though.  And thanks, glad to be here!
