Losing weight is more about what you are eating than exercise.

Have you been counting calories? How many a day are you eating?

Sadly even if you swap eating chips for carrot sticks you have to be careful how many calories you eat.  Its pretty easy to rackup calories by snacking on nuts, fruit, etc.  - although 'healthier' than junk, good food can be just as fattening.

You've made a good start - you are using a fitbit!

Fitbit will let you know how many calories you burn each day. To lose weight you just have to eat less than that (sometimes easier said than done!)

Probably the best way to keep track of the calories you eat is to log your food into fitbit. You can even set a weight plan so you can see how many calories you have left each day.

Once you have the information on what you are eating and what you are burbing, you can start making sensible choices to lose weight. As a rough guide, if you eat 500 calories less than you burn each day you will lose a pound of fat in a week.

Good luck!
