I've noticed that my daily Fitbit total calorie burn isn't accurate.
it's overestimating it and so even though I'm eating 500 cal less than my total burn I'm only maintaining my weight and not losing any.
so I am wondering. if I get the aria scale and weigh myself every day would that help the FitBit program/algorithm to be more accurate over time?

@RVtheGrendel Fitbit uses your weight to calculate your BMR an activity calories. Small weight changes don't make a difference in these calculations. So you don't need to weigh yourself daily. You don't need an Aria scale to enter your weight, but you want an accurate scale. IMO, the Aria Air price point is very high for what it does.
