After update "Today" is not showing my Female tracking on watch

Hey guys. I updated my phone, and while I love the new view on the today app on my wrist - it took away the female tracking. Am I missing something? I liked Having it on my wrist, not just on my phone in the app.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Ryda086, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.

Thanks for reaching out! To see female health data on your device, you must set up female health tracking in the Fitbit app and log at least 1 period. For more information about setting up female health tracking, see How do I set up the female health tracking feature in the Fitbit app?

If you can't see your period information on your Fitbit device:

  • On Fitbit Fitbit Versa, tap Settings at the bottom of Fitbit Today and turn on the Cycle Track tile.
  • Sync your Fitbit device to see your most recent information.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions.

My Female Health Tracking has also disappeared as an option in the Settings for Today on my watch.  I have logged many periods, and still have the tile in my phone app.  Updated firmware two or three days ago, and Female Health Tracking was still there yesterday.

Also, Today's Settings will only allow me to select 6 items to show, instead of 7.  It seems like the Female Health Tracking is registering as being present and selected, but it is hidden for some reason.

I have the latest Fitbit Android app version from the play store and have restarted my phone and tracker several times.  Advice please.

Same thing is happening to me.

I have the same issue - updated my Ionic a few days ago and now cannot see the tracker on my device.

After the 2018 December update, with the ability to track core stats, I'm no longer seeing cycle info on my Versa.

It is still visible on the app just not the device.

12/26/18 update: A sync throughout the day resolved the issue... I checked it this morning and it was on the device. Thanks!

Hi Marre. Thanks for the welcome and for your reply.

I had already restarted my Versa multiple times yesterday with no effect.  However, my Female Health Tracking spontaneously reappeared late last night, without actually showing my data.  The section for it showed again in Today on my watch, but it was blank.  The check box in the Today settings was also there, but checking/unchecking the box and restarting the watch had no effect at that point.

As of this morning (Merry Christmas!), my cycle data had also spontaneously reappeared and the watch now appears to be functioning normally.  I hope the problem has corrected itself for others who were having this issue!

Thanks. I followed the steps to restart and then shutdown my Ionic but it hasn’t made any difference as the tracker is still not showing up.

You're very welcome @SFN! I'm glad to hear you're back on track. Woman Very Happy Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for following my recommendation @Winnie10! If the restart did not work, please try the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your tracker once again
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Hope this helps, let me know if this works!

Thank you everyone. I updated my actual phone and it appeared. Don’t know if that was the solution or a coincidence.

I, too, can no longer see my female tracking on my Versa after the update. I just reset my Versa and still cannot see an option for the cycle tile in Settings for "Fibit Today" on my Versa. I have logged many cycles and was able to see the information on my Versa prior to the update. Thank you in advance for any advice!

Hi there @MMV12, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for restarting your Versa in order to sort this out, nice way to go!

While reading your post I was wondering if you just updated your Versa to its new OS? If so, this also happened to my with you Ionic. Once I updated it some apps including Female Health were missing so I need to wait until midnight in order to my tracker to reset itself. My apps were back the next day. Woman Very Happy

Since you posted yesterday I was wondering if you Female Health app is now showing on your Versa?

Keep me in the loop!

I can now see cycle under settings in Today on my Versa so it's checked, but none of my data shows yet. Maybe tomorrow? Thanks, @MarreFitbit

Thanks for getting back and for the update @MMV12! If your data is still not being displayed, can you please try once more time a restart on your Versa? Try following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

I recently noticed my femail health info is missing from my watch.   I have the latest version and have followed all of the steps listed on this board.   It still does not show up.   Seems to be related to the last update,  which occurred last week. As a last resort I logged out of the fitbit app, performed a force stop and cleared the cache for the app on my phone.   I then restarted my veera,  logged back into the app on my phone and voila!, it returned.

This is happening to me too!! I have tried all the suggested steps (including the wonky log out- force quit- log in - restart suggestion)

Nothing works. Wierder still, someone from customer support told me that they could see I had not seen up the female health tile/app...which is on the true since I can see the female health tile on my phone. It just won't show up on the Versa
