Hey guys. I updated my phone, and while I love the new view on the today app on my wrist - it took away the female tracking. Am I missing something? I liked Having it on my wrist, not just on my phone in the app.

My female health tile disappeared after the last update and I just restarted my Versa and the female health tile is back! @Awalls it sounds like you did more than I did. When I was having issues a month or so ago I troubleshooted for 2 days and got the cycle option to appear in my settings on my Versa to see on my Today screen.

I'd be more than happy to share, but despite my question being placed on "priority" after a particularly frustrating and unhelpful go-around with customer service, no one has gotten back to me -- so much for "customer service"! Based on my current experience, Fitbit appears to be angling to take the "worst customer experience ever" title away from Comcast.

I am having the same issue. Female tracking is not showing up on my watch under Today in settings. I have tried all the resets, logging off app, Force stop, clearing cache, restarting the watch, turning off the watch, turn Bluetooth off and on, resyncing, and NOTHING has worked. It's just disappeared off my Versa. The tile is there on my app on my phone with all my info. How do I get this back onto my watch? The options I have under Today "settings" are: Core Stats, Hourly Steps, Heart Rate, Exercises, Sleep, Water, Food, Weight, and Badges. Females Cycle is totally missing from the list.

I contacted support and will apparently be contacted by a specialized team:
"We have a specialized team that handles questions related to our female health tracking feature. In this case i'm going to escalate this case to a higher department, They are going to contact you very soon via email with the resolution."

Everything seems to be working now. It showed up the day after I did all the resets and cache clearing. The specialized team contacted me through email and told me to do everything I already did. Glad it ended up showing up. Maybe it just takes a day for the reset to work and have Cycle Track show up again under "Today/Settings"?

I am having the same issue as the ladies above. I performed a reset and tried turning on and off my fitbit - the cycle is still removed from the Today list and is only allowing me to select 6 stats instead of 7. Cycle appears to be selected but hidden.

Welcome on board @mflynn823, it's nice to see you here. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far, nice way to go!
Have you made sure that in your Fitbit app you already logged some periods in Female Health? If so, can you please send me photos showing the periods logged and also what Today is showing (Female Health appearing but hidden)?
I'm looking forward to your response.
