For the last few weeks my menstrual health symptoms are not saving when I try to log them on the app. As far as I can tell the app is fully updated.

In my most recent period when I tried to update the length of my period it says saved but the changes do not stay. I hold down on the last day it says my period should have gone to and drag it to include the extra days and hit save but the line reverts to the original days though it says saved.
I have tried having predictions turned on and off.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Generally the menstrual health part of the app appears to be very buggy which makes it useless.

I've been having the same issue since October. I have endometriosis and haven't been able to use the app to track my pain.

I’m having the same issue, everything worked fine previously but now the whole app freezes when I try to change the cycle dates. Tried updating the app and turning everything off and back on again with no effect. Hoping they can fix the issue with another app update. I know not everyone uses this feature, but I was so happy when it was added as I was using a different app to track. Guess I will be going back to that app for now:/

I've been dealing with this as well!
Have tried deleting and re-installing the app, updating, turning off predictability, you name it...

I just tired editing my cycle again and this time it worked without the app freezing up. Hadn’t tried anything new with the settings etc, but I hard boot my phone earlier, to manage something unrelated that was running in the background. Not sure if that is what helped me or not, but I’m guessing you’ve tried that too. Hopefully it starts (and keeps!) working for you. It’s a really valuable aspect for me and I’m obviously not the only one using this data to monitor/improve personal health!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and done everything I can think of. I tried a hard reboot after you said this but still no luck.
It's very frustrating for sure as I have a lot of problems with my cycle and use this to have all the details in one place for my doctor!

Hopefully a solution will be found soon for the problem because I don't get any help with this problem via email. it has also been around for a few weeks and that is very unpleasant.
I have also gone through all the above steps with no success.
Looking forward to the solution.

It's been 6-7 months now and this isn't resolved. There's a glitch in the programming for this part correct now

I am still having the problem of not being able to log symptoms. I use it to track migraines. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app when I upgraded to a Charge 5. It worked a couple of weeks and has stopped working again. Please help.

I found that this problem started on the 27th July. That's the first day I couldn't log any symptoms or moods related to my menstrual cycle. Very frustrating as I'm keeping an eye on how frequent my cramps get as I was told a decade ago that I get pain on my ovary causing what they think is cysts when releasing an egg

I haven't been able to log symptoms since January. I don't think this is very high on their "to do" list.
