Fitbit's female app is a tile on your dashboard in the Fitbit App on your phone. Click the tile and it should walk you through the setup.
Also, there is a third party app called Clue, that you can download from the App gallery. Search under all apps and you should find it. You do not need both to track.
Hope this helps.

@ChelseaT06 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for your interest in the Fitbit Female Health Tracking App.
Female Health is available on your Ionic. Swipe up from the clock face and scroll until you see your female health information. Note that to see female health data on your watch, you must set up female health tracking in the Fitbit app and log at least 1 period.
@tylam2 Thanks for your help!
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Just adding on to what everyone else said, once the Female Health Tracking is set up, you can choose to add it to your watch. I don't know the process off hand, but once it's on your watch, you can swipe up and it will appear in the "Today" stats.
