Can't change period predictions

This is sooooooo frustrating I've tried moving the dates deleting from the pencil and it still goes right back to the prediction dates. It's saying I'm on my period now almost done this is wrong im not on it at all. I have tried everything it says to do. It'll say it deleting but shows right back up. Ugh I'm gonna throw it!

Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, and I'm sorry that you've had this experience. I'm here to help you out. To further investigate, please provide me with your phone's model and OS version. Also, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app from the open apps.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Log back in to your Fitbit account.
  6. Try deleting your period so it can appear as predicted.
