Can't find Female Health tile in Dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I got my fitbit I set up the female health tracker.  I was able to log my cycles and see the calendar.  I'm getting notifications of my cycle on my Versa.  So I know it's set up, however I'm no longer able to find or change info.  The female health app is not in my dashboard or anywhere to be found.

Welcome on board @kmhasson, it's nice to see you around here! Thanks for making sure you've logged your periods in order for the Female Health tile to appear on your phone.

If your Female Health is not appearing on the main screen of your Dashboard, please go to "Discover" at the bottom of the Fitbit app. Then, tap on "Health & Wellness Stats" and select "Female Health". Smiley Very Happy

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

Why doesn't it appear on the online dashboard? It appears in the app - but my phone has died and I need information within it that I now can't access because it's not available in my online dashboard. Super frustrating!

Welcome to the Community Forums @ErisAceso! I'm sorry to hear you couldn't use your Fitbit.com online dashboard to see your female health data.

This feature is available exclusively in the Fitbit app for iOS, Windows, and Android. Your this data will not be available on your dashboard through Fitbit.com.

If you are interested, please visiting our Feature Suggestion board. There's this existing suggestion: Female Health Tracker Tile on Fitbit Website DashboardYou can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you with.

@7856elle Hello!  Go to "Discover" and scroll all the way to the bottom until you see Health & Fitness stats.  In there you can add Female Health Tracking to your dashboard.

I do not have this in my app.

At the bottom of my app I have

The discover symbol under a different name 'guideance' you click this and there are no stats of any kind.

It only proposes different work outs with fitbit coach. I scroll to the bottom of these proposed workouts and there is nothing.

Your picture below shows you have a menu at the bottom with ;

Guided programs

Challanges and adventures

Workouts

Etc...

I do not have this on mine.

I think that all women love such applications that count all the phases of menstruation instead of them. I am glad that such a topic is discussed here without much embarrassment. How did you know about this app? I heard from my gynecologist 😄

I can't find anything about it on the laptop. I can't even find discover. Is this a premium only feature maybe?
