Charge 5 can't remove menstrual health tile from watch

Please let me know when this will be fixed? On the Charge 5 watch there isn't an option to remove tile. I have already removed it from the FITBIT APP page, but it still shows on watch. PLEASE HELP!

This is happening on my luxe also. Tile remains on my wrist. It’s is not on the app
