Charge 5 stuck on "1 until" menstrual health

My charge 5 will not track my menstrual health. It's stuck on "1 day until" and nothing updates. The Fitbit app on my phone is correct. Why does this not reflect on the watch? I have restarted and erased data hoping it would start working. Please advise on how to get this corrected.

My Fitbit does the same thing. There is no fix for it… as of yet. I have Been communicating with Fitbit for months, I have little confidence in the fact that they will figure out a fix at this point. Never buying another Fitbit.
