Charge 6 tracker not syncing menstrual health with app

The data for menstrual health in the fitbit app is accurate. But on the tracker (charge 6), it doesn't match at all. 

I've tried unpairing the tracker, restarting it, pairing again, uninstalling/reinstalling the app. 

Please send update to fix this, thanks.

Having the same issue! App says 1 day until period, but tracker says "9 until" . Tried syncing, checking for updates, performing a force stop, clearing cache/data, restarting both devices, and even unplugging for 30 seconds! 👍🏼😆
