I was curious and played around with the Female Health Tracking tile. I answered questions randomly. Now I want to delete the data all together. I deleted all the periods that were in the calendar but I want to completely delete all of it from my account. Is this possible?

Thanks for stopping by @MizUndastood! To start from scratch, you'll need to delete every single period logged.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the female health tile.
  2. Tap a date on the calendar inside the period you want to delete.
  3. Tap the pencil icon.
  4. Tap Delete. Note that if you have predictions turned on, you’ll still see your predicted period. For more information, see Why do I see a period I already deleted in the Fitbit app?

If you have trouble adding or editing a period, see our troubleshooting tips.

You can also log or delete Female Health details:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the female health tile.
  2. Tap a date on the calendar.
  3. Tap the plus icon
  4. Tap details to log them. To delete a detail, tap it so that the check mark disappears.
  5. Tap Save.

Note that logging your flow details doesn’t log a period.

The tile on your Fitbit app won't be deleted unless you manually hide the tile.

Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!

Welcome to the Community @ChandlerD! You can hide the tile from your Fitbit app by following these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Tap the x or - icon in the top left corner of the female health tile.
  3. Tap Done

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance!
