Cycle Length of my period is wrong. How do I fix it?

The cycle length of my period on my Fitbit app for my Charge 3 has been wrong for the last month or so and I can't seem to figure out how to fix it.  I have tried several things and it still hasn't been fixed.  I have the most up to date iOS system on my iphone (not iOs 13).  I want to fix it once and for all.  Any suggestions?

Nice to see you around @WhisperSophie. Thank for all the steps that you've tried with your Charge 3.

 

To further investigate, please provide me with your phone's model and OS version. Also, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app from the open apps.
  3. Open Fitbit App, go to Account (upper right corner) > Delete Fitbit tracker from the Account
  4. Open the Bluetooth Setting on your phone and delete Fitbit tracker from there too
  5. Reboot Bluetooth to make sure tracker is not there
  6. Restart your Fitbit a couple of times and Access back to Fitbit App > Account to set up your Fitbit tracker back
  7. Turn on notifications

This should be helping to fix this issues that you're having with your Fitbit, please keep me posted on the resolution.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply to my post. I have the iPhone 5S and the software is iOS 12.4.2. When you say turn off blue tooth. Do you mean in my settings on my phone?
