Cycle length entered does not match on calendar

This has happened to me 4 times in the last 3 years on this app and I'm not interested in resetting it again. When I enter my cycle length as 28 days the calendar shows it as 65. It doesn't matter what I change it to, the lowest I can make it go is 56 days (by entering it as 11). Why does it do this?!

Hi there @Veldt, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to solve the inconvenience with your cycle length.

Besides the steps you've tried, I'd you to try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Once you've done that, try going to Settings in the top right corner. It should bring up the option to remove "predictions". Turn it off, set cycle length again then turn predictions back on.

.

Let me know how it goes.

I tried the solution and it did not work. My problem is that the cycle is stuck at 28 days on the calendar but shows the 30 days I entered in settings....
